Because it is a new server and will need people in the staff team who can deal with the wave of trolls who join new servers to ruin it plus I was to show my dedication to more than just being active and joining the server and I believe I am a great pick because I am a by the books person and I am strict and coolheaded in stressful situations I have never become angary or abused my powers in a staff sit. In the past I have dealt with 3 situations at the same time and I have had to deal with staff sits as big as 5 people all complaining about the situation I get great joy when people call staff and I love dealing with sits I find them very fun and am always cool and I make sure all my actions as staff are fair and just.[/b] [b]What actions would you take if someone RDM's and RDA's? keep it simple Freeze them and go to them with !FGoto so I can freeze and go then I would ask them why they RDM/RDA find out if it actually was RDM and if it is give them a friendly warning and then let them go.[/b] [b]What actions would you take if someone threatened to "DDoS' the server? Ban them right away because there is no excuse to illegal threats (personally  I would report them to the officials).[/b] [b]How long would you ban someone for mass RDM/RDA/NLR? 1 hour which is a perfectly good amount of time for some one to cool of and start thinking rationally.  [/b] [b]How would you deal with warning someone? In what order and severity. Step by Step. well with out an example its hard to say but I would to the person who had the problem reported/ seen them doing it ask them why they are doing this and then tell them what they will receive a warning for and tell them next time it could be a kick or ban depending on the action they have carried out. [/b] [b]-----Situation Questions-----[/b] [b]Situation 1 - A recruit joined the server and has been waiting for the recruitment room for some time. He calls a staff member and says "Can I get trained?" In this situation, you are not the rank of Sergeant or higher or simply do not have the time. So what do you do? Well if there weren't any SGT I would get the closest thing to a SGT to train them higher or lower if they are doing nothing and just sitting around. In the case I don't have the time I would do the same thing I always make time for server players.[/b] [b]Situation 2 - Someone starts getting heated within local voice chat over a conversation, he starts yelling or aggressively talking to the other person who is trying to get the other person mad and bring it to OOC chat (/OOC). Bare in mind it is out of character, you wouldn't step in as a staff member in a role play situation. This question is a bit confusing and doesn't make sense. but what I would do if they were heated in the chat and I can see it is id tell them to take a break and cool off and drop the conisation to avoid a major argument . [/b] [b]Situation 3 - Another staff member is abusing his powers, for example spawning himself guns just to kill things quicker or just tp'ing around just to save time. What are your actions if you wish to act. I would get my screen capture and send it to the higher ups but in the mean time I would go to them and tell them not to do that as it is breaking the agreement they agreed to on the staff application and they are breaking general staff rules ( Just rules as in this case its a new server and people will have more than likely been given a rank without applying.)[/b] [b]------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------[/b] [b]After reading the Staff Agreement Rules, do you agree to all terms listed and understand you are subject to a demotion and limited chances to apply in the future if you violate the terms?
