When I stopped being a minge, I helped a server by donating a bit of money, ($5)    -----Server Questions-----  Why are you applying for Trial-Moderator? Because I want to help this server by making sure that everyone is happy and having fun  Why should we accept your application: Because I am very good at solving conflict in servers   What do you think staff do? Or more importantly, what do you think you will do as a Trial-Moderator?  My goal is to help this server as much as I can, and I believe that I can do that as an Admin or Trial Moderator.  Do you feel you can handle dealing with more than one person during an admin situation, and being able to remain calm and patient if something is stressing you out or isn't going your way? If so explain why. Yes, I am a calm and approachable person so if a user can wants any help they can feel confident to tell me, I also deal with this kinda stuff at school as some of my friends tend to fight a lot so me and my other friend has to calm them down.  What actions would you take if someone RDM's and RDA's? I would take them to a prison cell (or somewhere else private) and talk to them about why they did it and maybe give them a warning What actions would you take if someone threatened to "DDoS' the server? I would maybe if there really bad and have had a lot of reports, arrest them for a bit.  How long would you ban someone for mass RDM/RDA/NLR?If it’s a first offence, maybe a 2 hour ban, 2nd offence, 4 hours, 3rd offence 1 day 4 offence 2 days and so on How would you deal with warning someone? In what order and severity. Step by Step.Step 1) if there very angry, I’ll try to calm them down Step 2) I’ll ask them why they did what they did Step 3) remind them of the rule they broke Step 4) give them a warning and arrest them for 2-3 minutes  Step 5) If needed, a kick or ban for a bit of time -----Situation Questions-----   Situation 1 - A recruit joined the server and has been waiting for the recruitment room for some time. He calls a staff member and says "Can I get trained?" In this situation, you are not the rank of Sergeant or higher or simply do not have the time. So what do you do?  I find out where a Sergeant is and tell them that a recruit is waiting for him/her, then I’ll Private Message the recruit saying someone’s on the way, then he’ll hopefully get trained.  Situation 2 - Someone starts getting heated within local voice chat over a conversation, he starts yelling or aggressively talking to the other person who is trying to get the other person mad and bring it to OOC chat (/OOC). Bare in mind it is out of character, you wouldn't step in as a staff member in a role play situation.I’ll approach the 2 users and ask what the problem is, they’ll tell me and I’ll take them to a cell (or somewhere else private) and get them to talk with me about what’s wrong and give the person in the bad a 2 minute prison time.  Situation 3 - Another staff member is abusing his powers, for example spawning himself guns just to kill things quicker or just tp'ing around just to save time. What are your actions if you wish to act. I talk to him and give him a warning for RDM (possibly) and tell him that it’s his 1st 2nd or 3rd warning and not to abuse his power as it might get taken off him by the server Owner (Fish) After reading the Staff Agreement Rules, do you agree to all terms listed and understand you are subject to a demotion and limited chances to apply in the future if you violate the terms? Yes Signed: Green_Guy
