 How old are you; or why do you think you are mature enough for this role?: turning 15, i am mature and very serious, because everyone deserves to have a good time on the  server. not just me
or someone else, i strongly agree that the server needs to be fair but strict, i will not abuse my power's and act serious 24/7.

 Short Description About You: someone who is fair but strict and mature, I'm 14 turning 15 next year, i am in middle school and am doing well,i go to  a public school and i'm currently not employed in any job
at the moment, i am very fair and chill, although i have no microphone i can type fast and be literal at the same time. although i do intend on getting a microphone soon.




 How many hours have you been on our server?: 0 since it's not out



 How many hours can you be on the server per week?: at'least 2-4 hours everyday, but i get home at 4:20 pm so i can be on for less time sometimes.
 



 Do you think you have enough experience / knowledge of how Galactic Core runs, if so explain?: i know almost every rule, and know a lot about rp, example NLR is a thing and i know how it can
be applied to player's ( if a shock tries to arrest you and you die, he cant arrest you again since it's nlr. but if you suicide it would be failrp.) also know server rules and the staff ranking positions
i am all rounded since i am very knowledgeable about a lot of rp, since i've been playing SWRP for atleast 4-6 months by this point.

but generally i know what their restrictions are and what i should and shouldn't do.

Do you have anything to offer to our community, other than moderation?: i am capable of helping with events also perma propping and building,
also if people are doing tryouts i can set hp and give weapons as well as white list people to regiment. i will also train recruits to ST
i am also here if you would like to talk, so if you are depressed or sad in anyway or have anything you want to talk about i can talk to you
and guide people to having a bright future, not only in SWRP but in real-life as well.




 Have you ever shown dedication and / or passion towards the server or in any way possible within or outside the server?: i have, i still have faith that this server will work out
and i am going to stay right till the end with the, i have been with this server before it was called what it is now, i have stayed with different groups of the original community
"Ferocity Gaming" and have had wished all of the luck to the people who we're in the server, i am very eager to see the server release, even if i don't get this role.




  -----Server Questions----- 

Why are you applying for Trial-Moderator?: Minge's mostly, but also to help with training recruits and help white list people, not only am i motivated to enforce out of character rules but i will
help anyone who needs dupes,white list's,stuff for events,tryout advice/help, i am always there to help and that is why i have my powers, i always use my powers for good.
 



 Why should we accept your application: you may never have someone as dedicated and helpful as me, i will almost do anything, but 70%-80% of my job will be enforcing out of character rules
i am always motivated to do better, if i fall down i will get back up. also you will need more staff, because there is not a lot of staff as i have seen in the accepted list. i will make sure to
follow all instructions from my boss's and will generally make the server better if i get T-Mod.




 What do you think staff do? Or more importantly, what do you think you will do as a Trial-Moderator?: apart from the side stuff such as Helping with events,white listing,helping in tryouts, a main 
role of a T-Mod is to enforce all out of character rules such as RDM /RDA so that if happens less. overall it's to make the server enjoyable and stop people from ddos'ing and minging, and the last thing is probably training .
recruits aka, go white list recruits after they finish training.




 Do you feel you can handle dealing with more than one person during an admin situation, and being able to remain calm and patient if something is stressing you out or isn't going your way? If so explain why:  i do think
so, i would remain calm and patient 100% because getting stressed does not  help the situation at all, i will probably ask everyone to chill out and we would have turns at saying what happened, i would ask for proof of the
incident etc, always remain calm. even if people are yelling you need to somehow try to  calm them down.




 What actions would you take if someone RDM's and RDA's?: I would bring the rdm'er then ask what happened,i would then record his side, then TP to the victim and hear and record their side,
i will then commence  to check logs for evidence and i will try my best to find flaws in the story's to see if anyone is lying, if they are it will result in a warn for lying to staff.
No action is to be taken unless sufficient  proof is obtained, that means if i can't figure it out they both leave without anything being done but a verbal warning will be handed out to the suspect.




What actions would you take if someone threatened to "DDoS' the server?: call a admin+ to perma ban



 How long would you ban someone for mass RDM/RDA/NLR?: for rdm it would be 1 week/for rda it would be 3 days/NLR would be 12 hours

How would you deal with warning someone? In what order and severity. Step by Step: / Failp : TP (!goto Abra) ask what happened, then check logs to see if they did it or try to get witnesses that have proof, if i find proof of his failrp, 
i will issue him a warn for failrp, if i can't find anything i will give him a verbal warning./RDM: First off,  i will check in dev console(press `) to see who did the rdm, after that i will freeze(!freeze Abra) them and TP(!goto Abra) to them, then 
jail them after those events i will ask what happened, if it was there first rdm i will warn them, if it was a misunderstanding such as killing someone to get unstuck out of spawn i will give him a verbal warning,
after that i would tell him not to do it again and unjail(!unfail Abra) and unfreeze(!unfreeze Abra) him, then he will receive his punishment (!menu>Warn>Warn:Abra). 


 -----Situation Questions-----



  Situation 1-A recruit joined the server and has been waiting for the recruitment room for some time. He calls a staff member and says "Can I get trained?" In this situation, you are not the rank of Sergeant or higher or simply do not have the time. So what do you do?
: i would call for a SGT+ to come to the recruit room to training, if nobody comes i will TP someone randomly and tell them to do it.




 Situation 2 - Someone starts getting heated within local voice chat over a conversation, he starts yelling or aggressively talking to the other person who is trying to get the other person mad and bring it to OOC chat (/OOC). Bare in mind it is out of character, you wouldn't step in as a staff member in a role play situation.
:i would tell them to calm down in out of character, if they do not listen i will try to resolve the issue by warns or kicking people, PMA is a major thing that not a lot of people have, we are here to spread positivity and i will not stand
for people putting other people down, although i will need text proof or video/photo proof to do anything. my main concern would be to calm them all down as well   without making anyone more infuriated or frustrated and i would
to to peaceful resolve it by talking to each other and making them accept that if it continues they will get warn's or kicks, or at worst gag's.




 Situation 3 - Another staff member is abusing his powers, for example spawning himself guns just to kill things quicker or just tp'ing around just to save time. What are your actions if you wish to act.: Dont try to do anything in this situation, ever with a staff member who is higher ranking
if he is a higher rank contact the owner(aka Fish) or someone who is higher than he is to remove his powers so he cant failrp/ ruin this, my plan would be to tell the owner what he is doing exactly and ask a higher up if he will hop on
to demote the staff member, after that he will get a warn or verbal warning for failrp, since using guns that aren't assigned to you/TP'ing is failrp, only ever use your powers for OOC reason.


I may be new, but i hope to see and meet everyone on the staff team, i am motivated to make the server better and help-out a little more, i hope you will accept me as i am,

i agree that at any momment my rank can be stripped away, due to abusing my powers or for not doing my job properly, i accept that i may not get this rank and i may not failrp or break any rules, such as 
give myself weapons,cars or extra ranks, my powers will only be used for what a T-Mod should use them for and that would be enforcing the law and helping out with events and stuff like that.
